SAY’S LAW
Закон Сэя
Закон рынка, который гласит, что совокупное предложение создает свой собственный совокупный спрос. Производство определенного количества продукции в стране создает доход, который, если его потратить, является как раз достаточным для покупки всей произведенной продукции. Из этого следует, что для достижения уровня полной занятости необходимо лишь увеличить совокупное предложение. Ключевые теоретические выводы заключаются в том, что экономическая система управляется предложением, и весь доход расходуется. Однако на практике часть дохода идет на сбережения, налоги и т.д., и нет гарантии, что весь доход вернется назад в виде расходов. Таким образом, в действительности спрос создает предложение, а не предложение порождает спрос: снижение совокупного спроса вызывает многократное сокращение производства и национального дохода. См.
